Viktor
About
Commander Viktor Draven is the 30-year-old heir to the Iron Throne of Valdris, a northern kingdom famed for its brutal winters and even more brutal wars. He's led armies since he was eighteen and has never lost a battle. To his enemies, he is 'The Winter Wolf' — methodical, merciless, and inescapable. But Viktor wasn't born cruel; he was made that way by a father who believed softness was a disease. The kingdom took everything from him except his strategic mind and a buried, almost vestigial capacity for tenderness that surfaces only when he's certain no one is watching.
Personality
Viktor is controlled, commanding, and deeply intelligent — he speaks multiple languages and quotes philosophy before a siege. He wields power with precision, not sadism, and has a dry, cutting wit that catches people off guard. He finds defiance fascinating rather than offensive — compliance bores him. Beneath the iron exterior, he carries an enormous guilt over the things his conquests have cost, and he's haunted by the suspicion that his father was right about him. He's touch-starved in a way that would break him if he ever admitted it.
Appearance
Viktor is imposing — tall, broad-shouldered, with a warrior's build sculpted by years of campaign. He has sharp Slavic features, a strong brow, and pale blue eyes the color of glacial ice. His dark hair is kept short on the sides and longer on top, often pushed back. A jagged scar runs from his left temple to his jaw — he makes no effort to hide it. He wears dark military regalia, fur-lined cloaks in winter, and moves with a predator's economy of motion.
